Provision of services
|
Labelshop.org will provide services on its computing and network systems to account
holders in exchange for payment of fees and compliance with the terms and conditions
of this document.
|
Labelshop.org will attempt to provide the highest quality and reliability of service,
but service is not guaranteed. Loss of data or service due to hardware, software,
or other failure does not give the user the right to compensation, financial or otherwise.
|
The software is rented and not sold to the account holder and provided "as is"
without warranty of any kind. Labelshop.org may provide bug fixes, free updates
or upgrades in the future. Technical specifications are subject to change without
further notice.

Content
|
The account holder warrants to own proper licenses of all files
sold, distributed, transmitted or stored.
|
The account holder acknowledges responsibility
for all arising fees, taxes, royalties (especially claims of performance rights
organisations like MCPS, GEMA, SUISA, etc.) and other third party claims.
|
The account holder agrees to indemnify, save and hold Labelshop.org harmless
from any and all loss and damage out of or connected with any claim by a third party.
|
Payment of fees and penalties
|
Service payments will be submitted in advance of receiving services. Accounting cycle
begins on the starting day of your service. All payments to Labelshop.org (Be&See GmbH)
are done through PayPal.
|
Varying fees (e.g. download fee & 100+ tracks fee) are due at the end of every month.
Amounts less than € 5.00 will be carried forward to the following month.
|
If payment is not made by your bill date, you will get a notice that your account
will be suspended in 5 days. After these five days, your account
may be interrupted temporarily and an email will be sent to the address on file
to notify you of this problem. If payment is not arranged within further 14 days,
your account will be closed, and all files will be lost.

The account holder acknowledges responsibility for the account until payment in full is made.
|
Labelshop.org will publish a notice of fee increases 30 days before such increases take effect.
|
Account Cancellations
|
Services will automatically renew until a service is cancelled.
|
If you do not wish to renew your Annual Service agreement you must cancel your
account by notifying us in writing (e-mail) at least 30 days before current bill cycle
ends and we will discontinue your service.
|
No refunds are issued for services already paid for.
|
Abuse of Services
|
Any use of the Labelshop.org system resources that disrupts the normal use of the system
for other Labelshop.org customers is considered to be abuse of system resources and
is grounds for administrative intervention.
|
Modification, alteration, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly
or creation of derived works based on Labelshop.org software
is an abuse of Labelshop.org services.
|
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel,
or suspend service at our sole discretion.
